Aoi was smoking in the courtyard, just taking in the sunlight with his acoustic over his lap and a can of tea from the vending machine nearby. He was wearing a pair of Dolce shades, that he’d sold some of his old equipment for. A pair of fake designer leather shoes, a pair of ripped and distressed light blue, almost white jeans that were ass tight, and a pink t-shirt with the name of some club in the metro area on the back.
After all the music had been written he figured he’d take a day to relax, and out in the sun was as good a place as any. Especially with what a nice day it was. It wasn’t -quite- spring yet, technically. But today was a day that put that at odds with the idea that it could still possibly be winter when it was this warm.
The nearby cherry trees weren’t in bloom yet, but they cast a nice shade on the circle around the fountain where Aoi was sitting. Birds momentarily flitted about and Aoi just sat, playing little things, not really paying attention to the music, but rather the mood that it made with the sounds of the bird.
Probably, he was going to go and get momiji manjuu from the nearby market today. It was one of his favorite things. A sweet cake that he would eat when he’d been especially good. Something his parents had always spoiled him with for the same reasons when he’d been growing up.

Kai was walking around the courtyard, spring was here and he was happy that he didn't have to deal with all that rain anymore. He was wearing black ankle boats with a pair of pale blue skinny jeans and a basic white t-shirt.
Kai noticed a pink splodge by the fountain and started to move closer to see what exactly that splodge was. As he moved closer the splodge slowly turned into a figure only to realize that pink splodge could also be known as Aoi's t-shirt.
He smiled and put his arm up in the air and waved at the other man.
"Aoi!"

Aoi looked up, the cigarette drooping from his mouth as he yelled a short, “Hey.”
Of course, it wasn’t really any mystery as to why the other man was outdoors, it was beautiful.
But, he waited for Kai to get closer.
“Ne, Kai, I put the sheet music on your desk in the dorms.”
Aoi was always business first, it seemed. He had worked long and hard on that stuff, and he needed to make sure that the leader to his band had received everything that he needed.
“Had a look at it yet?”

Kai had barely taken a seat next to Aoi before he was being questioned. Though that wasn't really a suprise and due to the fact it was about music he really didn't mind.
"Un, i took a look at it, looks good, I like the arrangement of everything, any chance Ruki has been working on lyrics or is he still more concerned with shopping?" Oh yes the little Diva of the group, probably spends more than he actually makes.
"I really need to get to the practice room at some point, i feel like I'm falling behind, but then again I cant exactly drag a drum kit around with me everywhere i go unlike others that can take their guitar where ever they want."

It sure was a nice day to be outside. Akiya was sitting against a tree with his acoustic guitar in hand. He was composing another song to add to his collection. There wasn't much to do for now, since he didn't exactly have a band yet but that didn't mean that he could slack off and not practice. He had made it a habit to practice every day, be it inside or outside, and to just compose music when the inspiration came to him.
And this weather brought a lot of inspiration. He continued playing his guitar, only stopping to write notes down on his music sheet. He then played the entire thing from the beginning and continued from where he had left off. Yep. Today sure was a day for inspiration and relaxation.

Aoi shrugged.
“Don’t know. Him and Rei been hanging out a lot this week, so I haven’t gotten much of a chance to ask them...”
Of course, Aoi didn’t want to mention that he, himself, had been spending a lot of time with Uruha lately. That was all he needed...band rumors. It was bad enough with Ruki and Reita.
“Honestly, I only just go to the practice rooms...,” and lock myself in there for days...and don’t eat or sleep, and wish I were dead was what he thought. But, really Aoi liked to work, it just seemed to consume his life sometimes.

"I havn't even had chance to talk to Ruha this week other than class." He pouted a little.
"Seriously he hasn't even been coming back to our dorm room. I guess he found somewhere else to sleep." Kai sighed out of everyone in the band he was probably closest to Uruha but it felt like Uruha had been avoiding him lately.
Kai looked around the courtyard before noticing someone sitting under one of the tree....wait he new that guitar...BLINK.BLINK.BLINK....wave like a mad man.
"Akiya!!!! Come over here there's someone I want you to meet!!!"

Akiya stopped halfway through the music that he had already composed and looked over at the source of the noise that had spoken his name. He smiled when he saw Kai by the fountain and waved back. He grabbed his things, along with his guitar and made his way to his new friend.
Once he reached them, he bowed politely and whispered a hello. He hadn't had coffee yet.

Kai blinked, why was he being so quiet......
"Aoi! we needs to get coffee!" He nodded matter of factly.
"Oh yeah, Akiya, this is one of the people I was telling you about, Aoi one of our band's guitarists." He turned to look at Aoi.
"Aoi, this is Akiya he plays guitar too! He's really good, he played for me while we were studying."
