"Sorry..." Although by the soft laughter and the glitter in his eyes, Jae didn't seem so sorry. Instead he chewed thoughtfully on another mouthful of egg while Daichi looked to be deep in thought. It was this repose that startled Jae when the other student let out an exclamation.
"What? Oh! Yeah...that was me." He felt a small blush creep up his cheeks. Usually he took compliments in stride but Daichi was so earnest sounding that the brunette felt suddenly humble. "No, no. Don't praise me. Not my song. Johnson's the master."

"But it's really good! I mean...yes! I couldn't move away!"
That must at least mean something.
The conversation continued for the next several hours, food already being finished and drinks on the third helping but yet there was still so much to talk about. Daichi spoke about his family and his over-protective and forceful parents, how he fared in elementary and high school in the gifted program and his early, early career in showbiz. He spoke about his love for music and dance and all things entertainment, and his shortlived but very enjoyable work experience at Disney. He shared some snippets of his time with Kreva, how the rapper was a total energizer bunny and how he could just go on all day, admitting that the man was his inspiration and muse at times when he felt down.
There were so many things in common to talk about, and despite Daichi's looks and age, his mannerisms portrayed that the youth was mentally far older than everyone here at the Academy with the way he thought and how he analysed. He grew up too fast too soon.

Luke Bryan is my favourite country singer. His voice takes me away from all issues of this planet and I can enjoy my life and listen songs created by his voice. Florida Georgia Line is my favourite country music band. Headliners Tyler Hubbard and Brian Kelley are those people that can make anyone sing along. It's the reason I like to attend their concerts. Breaking Benjamin is my favourite band of 90s. They had so many hits! The ones I remember are 'The Diary of Jane', 'Tourniquet' and, of course their hit 'So Cold'. These are real masterpieces, not fake like today! And it is awesome that Breaking Benjamin have a tour in 2019! And I'm going to visit their concert in 2019.
