It wasn't for research that had Ruki browsing the many books in the library and it wasn't because he wanted to read, it was because he was hiding away. This was his last safe heaven from crazy teachers and students. Never would anyone think of finding him here and all he had to do was stay on the librarian's good side (which was hard when his looks just rubbed the bitter old thing the wrong way). Humming under his breath and bobbing his head in time with the song ( Welcome to the Jungle) that played softly through his ear buds, he began to mouth the lyrics, finger tips trailing over the spin of a book titled something lame and he moved on. Really, there was nothing here to hold his attention and he found it wondering away from the inked spines before him to another place.

Gunji sighed looking up over his English homework. “Why do Japanese need to know English to be rock stars? So what if I don’t wanna sing in English I wont…” Packing up his books as some loud screaming boy ran right into him nearly knocking his books off the table. “Fine fine…”
Getting up the black haired male, decided to pop the book where he got it. Walking briskly over to the shelf placing the English textbook back. Feeling eyes on his back turning around slightly noticing blonde’s eyes somewhat unforced. “Okkaayyyy…” Turning back over grabbing another text to practice with before coming over to pop himself down across the other, just a few seats down.

Blinking out of his thoughts at the changing of the song, he focused on the book title before him. It was by an author he enjoyed and to his pleasure, it was a book he hadn't read yet. Picking it up, he scanned over the summary and knew this was the one he was going to get; it beat starring into space pretending to be looking for something.
Taking it back to the table, he plopped down in front of someone and flipped through it, scanning the table of contents and glancing at the prelude. If that was good and could keep his attention, this book was going home with him. If it didn't, he was putting it back and leaving the library because he was getting bored.
